We currently have 3 ways to register – mail, email and online.
To register via mail:
- Download and print Registration Form (found at the bottom of this page).
- Mail the completed form with a $300 check made payable to Heart to Heart Healthcare Training.

A Welcome letter confirming your seat in the class will be mailed to you within 24 hours of receiving both your registration form and deposit.
To register via email:
- Download and fill out Registration Form (pdf)
- Email completed form to info@www.new.h2hhealth.com
- Call (734) 890-9574 to pay the $300 deposit over the phone or we can email you an invoice.

- Click Apply Online located on the top menu of this webpage and register for the Certified Nurse Assistant class following the prompts.
